Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Homemade Arishe or store-bought if you don't have a batch made
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Blackberries
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup To taste
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds For extra fiber

Equipment

  • 1 Bowl or plate

Method

  1. Add the arishe to a bowl or plate as your base.
  2. Optional: sprinkle the chia seeds directly over the arishe and mix them in before adding the fruit, so they start soaking up moisture from the cheese.
  3. Top with the blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.
  4. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve immediately.

Notes

Swap maple syrup for honey if you prefer — both work well here.
A note on the chia seeds: yes, they go in dry. Don't come at me — one tablespoon is fine. Mixing it straight into the cheese lets it start soaking up moisture as you eat, and as long as you're drinking water or coffee alongside your breakfast, you'll be totally fine.
