Lebanese Spicy Potatoes (Batata Harra)
Spicy potatoes is a traditional Lebanese Mezze that you will usually find on all tables. It is a favorite for both kids and adults.
Unlike what the name suggests, the Batata Harra is generally not so spicy. Its flavours come from the mix of garlic, coriander, lemon juice and (optionally) some red pepper paste.
My Labneh Mix
Labneh is the Lebanese, thicker version of greek yogurt. It is a very creamy cheese that is slightly sour and salty.
We eat labneh with vegetables, zaatar, olive oil, olives, bread etc.
Over time I created a Labneh mix that combined all the flavours I liked to combine in Labneh into one dish that has become quite popular between my friends and family.
Garlic Paste (Lebanese Toum)
Growing up in Lebanon, garlic paste is something you will always have in your sandwiches or as a side, at restaurants or even at home. Chicken and fries simply do not taste the same without it.

Homemade Lebanese Cottage Cheese (Arishe)
Arishe in Lebanon is the equivalent of ricotta cheese in Italy. It can also be considered a cottage cheese. It is just a kind of cheese with a special texture, that I love to eat with some honey or fruits. Bonus, it is very easy to make at home. Below is the recipe I use […]

Brioche Façon Pain Perdu
Brioche façon pain perdu, or French-Toast style sticky buns is a popular dessert in France made from leftover bread or brioche (sticky bun) in this case.
